Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

If the item's paper is opened or the seal is broken, the item is non-refundable unless it arrived with visible defects, damage, or another issue. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at charmplushsupprt@gmail.com or through the chat box on our website so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

To start a return, contact charmplushsupprt@gmail.com or use the chat box on our website. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

EU orders

If an order is shipped to a customer in the European Union, the customer may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection law. This right generally applies to distance purchases made online, though exceptions may apply depending on the product and condition of the goods.
